REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund window on the first subscription payment you make to Notchd. If you are not satisfied with the Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription charge.
2. Eligibility
- The refund applies only to your first subscription payment on a new account.
- The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original charge date.
- Renewal payments and subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available on accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@t23ventures.com from the email address registered to your Notchd account. Include your business name and the date of the charge.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan. Existing customer passes remain active, but new pass issuance and paid features will be disabled.
